Faculty Mobility

The Cintana Faculty Exchange Program provides faculty members from Cintana Alliance institutions the opportunity to teach or conduct research at a partner institution for one or two semesters. This program fosters international collaboration, offering participants a transformative academic experience while maintaining their tenure at their home institution.

Program Modalities

Modality 1

Faculty joins a host institution for a minimum of one semester up to a maximum of two years. Their basic assignment includes teaching and research, and if mutually agreed, a management role.

Modality 2

Faculty visits a host Institution for a short term for training purposes or to explore opportunities to create joint programs and/or joint research initiatives.

Modality 3

Faculty visits a host Institution as the leader of a group of home institution students for a short international academic experience.
